Structural Engineer

As a key member of my client's team, you will have the chance to work on a variety of water and wastewater treatment projects and lead a team of junior engineers, designers, and technicians. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Registered Structural Engineer (SE)
- Strong understanding of general structural engineering design in concrete, masonry, aluminum, and structural steel
- Proven experience overseeing structural designs for major projects
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit CAD programs preferred
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team preferred
- Active participation in local professional organizations a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead a project team in producing structural designs with a high level of autonomy
- Ensure delivery of quality work products that adhere to company standards
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop various Water Business Line projects
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Mentor and develop junior team members to become effective design professionals
- Assist the Structural Group Leader in managing and coordinating team activities
