What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of talented engineers, designers, and technicians in developing site civil designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and pipelines
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and innovative designs
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Embrace fieldwork and travel opportunities to support site assessments and construction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 7+ years of civil site design experience, including 2+ years in project/team leadership
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Strong communication skills and experience with Autodesk software
- Understanding of multi-disciplinary practices for water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Teaching and coaching skills to mentor team members at all levels
- Previous experience as a manager in charge of civil or related design for major water and wastewater treatment plant projects
