Building Automation Controls Technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC applications
- EPA Certification required
- Low voltage and pneumatic controls experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TAC/VISTA front-end software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Install and service various HVAC products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions for installations
- Travel to provide on-site service as needed
- Document all completed work
