Plumbing Designer
Attention all experienced Senior Plumbing Designers! Are you ready to join a growing engineering firm with a solid reputation for excellence and a commitment to core values? If you have experience in commercial, educational, laboratory, or healthcare design and are proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent plumbing design experience in commercial structures
- Proficiency in design and production of construction documents
- Working knowledge of building and plumbing codes
- Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) certification preferred
- Associates degree or technical program degree in Mechanical Design preferred
Responsibilities:
- Design plumbing systems for commercial buildings
- Perform necessary calculations to support system design
- Collaborate with project managers and multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Attend design meetings and assist with construction site visits
- Record meeting minutes and create site observation reports
Technology/Computer Experience:
- Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of BIM Collaborate Pro and Bluebeam
- Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with standard office equipment
