Mechanical Estimator (Hybrid)

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the HVAC industry
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints accurately
- Experience estimating project costs, including materials, labor, and time
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and project management
- Preferred experience in the construction industry, specifically with HVAC projects
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus
- Professional certifications related to estimating or the HVAC industry are a plus
