Senior Civil Engineer- Municipal Projects

My Client is seeking a talented Professional Engineer with experience in municipal projects to join their team in Phillipsburg, NJ.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, NJ PE required
- 7+ years of experience working with municipal clients and managing infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, Residential Site Improvement Standards, and Local Public Contracts Law
- Experience with civil design, bidding, project management, and land development applications
- Familiarity with New Jersey Stormwater Management/MS4 permit regulations and other state regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office products; GIS experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to public testimony for Planning or Land Use Boards is a plus
