Tax Accountant
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our client's growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tax compliance, consulting, and planning matters for the organization and their domestic and international subsidiaries. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely preparation of our company's tax returns.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex federal, state, and international tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Research and analyze complex tax issues, applying current tax laws and regulations.
- Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities to minimize the company's tax burden.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive tax records for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest tax code changes and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external auditors regarding tax matters.
- Assist with tax planning and strategizing to optimize the company's tax position.
