Senior Civil Engineer- Project Manager- Land Development
Are you a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join our rapidly growing team at a well-respected land development consulting firm. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the success of our firm. With projects ranging from residential to industrial, there is never a dull moment at our company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in related site/civil land development engineering projects
- Knowledge of Connecticut land use entitlement processes and regulations
- Strong client development and management abilities
- Well-connected within the local marketplace
- Ability to effectively manage projects from concept to completion
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis design and SWPPP preparation
- Valid Connecticut Professional Engineer License and reliable transportation
