Civil Engineer

My client is an established civil and environmental engineering firm, where you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects and mentor junior engineers. My client is seeking a Municipal Project Engineer with 5+ years of experience in roadway, storm, sanitary, and water main projects.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
-Ohio Professional Engineering License
-Familiarity with ODOT roadway design standards
-5+ years of experience in roadway, storm, sanitary, and water main projects
-Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and drainage modelling software
-Strong communication skills, both written and oral
-Ability to work independently and on a project team
-Valid Ohio Driver's License and insurable driving record

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and complete municipal engineering designs
-Coordinate with contractors and provide project administration
-Develop technical capabilities of less experienced engineers
-Write technical memos and reports
-Provide technical expertise on projects
-Coordinate preparation of design details and calculations
