HVAC Sales Manager -
We are looking for a someone to lead the sales team handling direct reports selling HVAC preventive maintenance and retro-fit contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Mentorship and training: Provide hands-on training to comfort advisors, ensuring they are well prepared to assess homeowners’ HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Tracking and accountability: Maintain accurate and timely sales reports such as KPIs, closing rates, leads, and follow-up of your team of comfort advisors and provide necessary training to improve the teams performance.
- Customer Engagement: Personally connect with customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and inspect HVAC equipment to make informed decisions regarding their comfort solutions
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest HVAC products and technologies to explain their benefits clearly and accurately to customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team of comfort advisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meeting and training participation: Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to keep you skills and knowledge at the forefront of the industry.
- Business Development: Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for business growth and enhance customer experience.
