Real Estate & Foreclosure Attorney
Join a dynamic, multi-office national firm as an associate attorney in our Financial Services and Real Estate Division. Responsibilities:
- Attend court hearings in various counties throughout the state
- Manage files and monitor cases to meet deadlines
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation
- Knowledge of Black Knight and FNMA guidelines a plus
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university
- Licensed to practice in the State of Arizona
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work
