Sr. Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in repairs and maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Associate Technical 2-year degree or diploma preferred

- Electrical equipment and instrumentation troubleshooting and calibration experience
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and fasteners
- Trade school certification a plus

- PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Computer proficiency and experience with maintenance management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Prioritize and schedule conflicting production needs
- Communicate with supervisors and planners on daily progress and issues
- Resolve team conflicts in a professional manner
- Train and mentor team members
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and quality issues
- Install new equipment and redesign existing production lines
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standards
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing environment with loud noise levels
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in close quarters
- Limited exposure to fumes and vibration
- May be exposed to electrical shock
