Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager
One of the premier mechanical contractors in North NJ is looking for a top notch Mechanical Estimator with 5 plus years experience with the following:
- Direct experience working as an Estimator for a mechanical contractor(HVAC).
- Ability to do project management.
- Qualify subcontractors and evaluate bid proposals.
- Budget estimates for various projects.
- Material take-off and buyout experience.
- Estimate hvac projects for commercial buildings.
- Team player with excellent writing/communication skills.
- Local to location.
