Job Details:
Permanent position for a Mechanical Engineer experienced in machine design and development has been created by an established and repleted company in the Hartford Connecticut Area. This is an onsite position with excellent benefits and employee centric culture, where you will work on custom projects.
Your Education and Experience Should Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer developing process equipment.
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computer skills and working in an office environment
- Familiarity with PPE and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting

Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Include:
- Studying and working through challenges related to development and production of machinery and other industrial process equipment.
- Interpreting customer drawings and specifications
- Supporting the Application Engineering team in developing project proposals
- Communicating complex topics with customers and project stakeholders
- Producing drawings, BOM's, and other documentation to support project delivery
