Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering or related discipline
- 6-10 years of experience in structural engineering
- PE License (SE preferred) in the state of Arizona or eligible to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Strong technical skills, including experience with AutoCAD and structural analysis software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
