Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license within 1-2 years
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Tekla Tedds, Risa, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of building codes and design processes for various structural elements
