My client is a Mechanical Contractor specializes in HVAC and Mechanical Systems. They are seeking an Estimator for Commercial Projects. 5+ years HVAC industry Experience Report to – V.P. Operations Estimating- Estimate cost of proposals and apply company pricing standards to estimate. CAD- Shop drawings, as built drawings, coordination drawings, etc. as needed. Mechanical system knowledge-Provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients and potential clients. Project Management- Work with Project Manager regarding submittals, drawings, purchases, deliveries, etc. Any other tasks assigned by Department Manager. Customer Relations- Promptly address customer concerns and resolve with the intent of maintaining a long term relationship. Company Relations-Build and maintain positive rapport and working relationships with all West Jersey personnel to resolve problems, gain opportunities and maximize profit. Documentation-Prepare complete, clear and concise reports, proposals, required company paperwork as required. Maintain support information relative to ongoing work. Special Projects-Provide support for any special projects assigned Computer Skills- Knowledge of excel, Word, MC2 , Quick Pen or other estimating Software packages a plus.
