Job Details:
My client is a world recognized MEP Consulting Engineering firm. They are seeking senior level HVAC Mechanical and Electrical Engineer talent in the North Jersey / NYC market. This is a hybrid position that involves MEP Project Management. Looking for senior leaders to help develop HVAC and Electrical Departments. You should have your PE or be tracking towards it!
Some of your responsibilities include the following:
- Management of schedule and budgets for multiple projects.
- Responsible for client communications.
- Primary lead with managing outside sub-consultant architects, engineers and vendors.
- Effectively develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents and close-out.
- Construction Administration activities including submittal reviews, RFI responses and Shop Drawing reviews.
- Ability to perform site investigation surveys to support design efforts for interim and final punch list reviews to support Construction Administration and Project Closeout.

Essential Skills & Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Management experience in MEP industry
- 3+ years in Laboratory (Sci-Tech) or Healthcare Facilities
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- PMP or PE certification is a plus
- Client facing role, excellent communication skills required
