- PLS license in South Carolina is required
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in land surveying or civil engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying, with 5 years in project management
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and land surveying tools
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3d and Trimble Business Center
