My client is a established Construction Management firm in the city that has been a UNION oriented Construction firm for generations. They are actively seeking Senior Project Managers as they deal with retirements. Need large multi-million dollar project experience on sky line changing out of ground projects. My client are looking for a diligent Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. Ability to deal with UNION contracts essential. Interior fit out experience essential!
