Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-5 years of controls experience
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Competency with industrial control systems and networks (Rockwell, Square D, Siemens, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet)
- Experience in field installation supervision and subcontractor management
Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and objectives
- Follow company standards in electrical controls design and programming
- Contribute to team efforts and communicate progress and issues with project engineer/manager
- Perform verification tests to ensure product performance
- Maintain high standardization and continuously improve processes
- Stay updated with technology advancements
Language Ability:
- Adequate conversational English required to effectively communicate with management, co-workers, and customers, as well as understand safety guidelines and company policies.
