As our Senior Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to the design, development, and management of HVAC systems for both commercial and residential buildings. You will also conduct field surveys and assessments, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, oversee construction administration activities, and take on the role of a Project Lead.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- PE Candidate, EIT, or strong desire to get your EIT.
- At least eight (8) years of experience
- A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and have designed mechanical systems for commercial buildings, healthcare centers / hospitals, universities, high-end shopping centers, and or, high-rise condominiums, we want to interview you. You should also have proven experience in designing HVAC systems, a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, and excellent project management capabilities. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor others, are required.
