Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanically inclined Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to provide overall direction and coordinate all activities for the Maintenance department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a power plant environment.

- Prior supervisory experience (ideally 4+ years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of planning /executing outages.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as needed, perform Root Cause Analysis, use CMMS & develop work orders.
