Job Details:
STAFF ARCHITECT / DESIGNER
Successful candidate should have a professional five-year or master’s degree in architecture with three to five years’ professional experience. Good communication and design skills are also important.
Essential Job Functions:
- Working with senior design staff to develop plans, sections, elevations and 3D representations of a project
- Develop design options and alternatives for review with senior staff
- Managing material selections and coordinating with material vendors (brick, flooring, roofing materials)
- Building physical and digital models
- Coordinating with design consultants and an architect of record
- Creating presentation drawings and models
