Senior Land Planner - Landscape Architect - Civil Engineering
Salary - Depends on experience
My client a respected civil consulting engineering firm is seeking a Senior Land Planner for their Bethesda area office.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Experience overseeing master plans, housing plans, land use reports, and zoning ordinances.
- Experience working for a Civil Firm that specializes in land development/site design.
- Experience with urban design plans.
- Knowledge of Maryland planning and environmental statutes.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Experience with Montgomery County is a major plus
- AICP or Registered Landscape Architect License required.
