Mechanical MEP Construction Manager
Established firm seeks Construction Manager with Mechanical background:
- 5+ years overseeing mechanical construction
- Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, Sprinklers
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure on time delivery of projects
- Blue Beam
- Procore
- Degree in Engineering
- Experience with BIM, REVIT desired
- Act as liaison between clients, contractors and engineers
- Commissioning of systems
- Must be able to travel and have valid license
- Work in the field and office
