Job Title: Civil Engineer (Land Development)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Join our growing team! Seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with land development expertise for our Sacramento office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead land development projects from start to finish.
- Assess site feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Design engineering plans for grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
- Coordinate with teams, consultants, and agencies for permits.
- Oversee construction, conduct inspections, and address issues.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- PE license in California.
- 5 years of land development experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
- Familiar with local regulations.
- Strong project management skills.
