Qualification and Requirements:
- 8+ years of CAD experience- specifically with AutoCAD Civil3D.
- Associate’s degree in drafting, or a related field of study.
- Experience with land/site development, mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects.
- Experience in infrastructure improvements including drainage, roadways, water and sanitary sewer.
- A team player who is ready to direct, manage and mentor staff and lead the way on projects.
- Great client communication skills and attending client meetings.
