Job Details:
Highly respected, national engineering firm is looking to add a Senior NEPA Project Manager to their team in their Toledo, OH office!
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field, Urban Planning, Science, Geology or related field.
- More than 10+ years of experience with all parameters pertaining to NEPA projects- including but not limited to proposals, reports and project execution.
- NEPA pertaining to VA, DoD and DOT experience is a HUGE plus!
- Must have an understanding of how to collect and analyze data pertaining to social, economic, and environmental in order to analyze the impact and make recommendations.
- Must be able to lead a project- and ensure all requirements and project guidelines meet NEPA regulations.
- Knowledge of state and federal NEPA regulations and guidelines.
- Experience and knowledge of proposals, reports, permits and approvals compliant with NEPA and state/federal environmental laws.
- Must be able to write documents and reports in a professional manner.
- Must have a business development mentality!
- Must be a team leader- willing to train and mentor younger staff!
- Must be willing to be a public speaker for meetings in order to communicate project information and updates to the public regarding the project and its plans.
- Must be a leader- lead and manage projects and teams!
