Senior C++ Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Windows applications using C++.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
- Architect and implement software solutions for data-intensive applications.
- Specialize in the integration and optimization of relational databases within software systems.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, integrating new technologies as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Document software design, code, and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven professional experience as a C++ Windows Software Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases and expertise in optimizing database performance.
- Experience in developing data-intensive applications with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Strong proficiency in Windows development.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, coding standards, and version control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with multi-threading and parallel processing in C++.
