Sales Engineer

Liberty Personnel is working with a growing client in the Aerospace industry looking to add a Sales Engineer to their Windsor CT team. Responsibilities for sales presentations, negotiating terms with clients and potential customers, meeting clients to generate sales, and developing monthly sales forecasts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding the company equipment and applications of equipment
- Effectively communicate potential and existing customers
- Provide all necessary support existing clients
- Identify new opportunities and lead generation in assigned territory
- Build client relationships ensuring positives relationships with all stakeholders
- Assist management with sales strategies and promoting company growth
- Achieve budgeted revenues and margins
- Assist the Company in investigating and resolving customer product complaints
- Prepare studies, reports, and forecasts as requested
An ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- BS/BA in Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of related experience required
- Successful experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the industrial sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed.
