Suburban Philadelphia contractor is in need of a Project Coordinator with experience within in-office administration and coordinating and overseeing project life-cycles.
- 3-5+ years' experience in construction administration
- Excellent communication skills with vendor and clients
- Bidwork, permits, and subcontractor communication
- QuickBooks & Excel proficiency
