Summary:
Our client, a growing commercial office property management group seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Office Property Manager to join their team. As a Commercial Office Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our portfolio of commercial office properties, ensuring their continued success and profitability. This includes overseeing all aspects of property management, from tenant relations and lease administration to maintenance and repairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial office properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Manage and maintain tenant relationships, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Negotiate and execute commercial leases, ensuring they align with the company's objectives.
- Collect rents from tenants and manage tenant accounts accurately.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to keep the properties in top condition.
- Schedule and coordinate repairs with contractors, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify any potential problems.
- Analyze property performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property maintenance and repairs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in commercial property management.
- Represent the company at community meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial office property management.
- Proven track record of success in managing and maintaining commercial properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with property management software and systems.
