Job Details:
My client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join their team and drive sales for Building Management System products. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to identify the scope of work, provide solutions and close sales.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ previous sales experience and a proven track record of sales success in Building Management Systems or Control Systems, integration, and EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Visio and or AutoCAD a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM and Bid Tracer a plus.
- BACnet Control Systems Sales experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
