CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
Award winning developer & construction management firm is looking to add a construction estimator to it's team. Position provides excellent pay & benefits along with other perks.
- 5+ years commercial Construction experience: ground-up, renovations, additions
- Perform take-offs, proposals, bids, good client interaction skills
- Build estimates based off project scope, design, construction processes
- Experience utilizing relevant industry estimating software
- Well-organized & detail oriented
- Strong written & verbal skills
