- Bachelors degree (Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Structural Emphasis)
- EIT or PE license highly preferred
- Structural design experience
- Client interaction skills and management
- Scheduling, budgeting, meet project deadlines

- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
