My client is a highly regarded Mechanical Contractor specializing in Commercial and Industrial work. They are seeking a Project Manager who can oversee Mechanical projects. Knowledge of HVAC , Piping and Plumbing a must. Oversee projects, manpower and have P & L responsibility. Must knows the mechanical construction process including estimating, take offs, bids, change orders, and other parts of the construction process.
