Controls Engineer
Controls Engineer with hands-on knowledge of Industrial Automation & Systems Integration. Work experience and knowledge of PLC and HMI applications to design and debug programs for Industrial Automation & Systems Integration projects. Automation & Controls, Machine Controls, Process Controls, Electrical Design, Process Engineering & Design, PC Hardware & Software, etc. Competent skills with networking, device communications, integration, and design. Ideally knowledge of 2+ PLC and 2+ HMI platforms. Preferred key attributes include Allen-Bradley experience (PLCs/FactoryTalk View), GE/Emerson experience (PLCs, iFix, Cimplicity HMI), Aveva experience (Wonderware, Indusoft/Aveva Edge). Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Key words – Automation, Controls, Engineering, Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC’s, RSLogix 5000/500/5, Studio, PLC’s/Factory Talk View, etc. Industrial Automation, Systems Integration, PLC’s, HMI’s. C#, .NET, Visual Basic, Servo Controls, Motion Controls, Proximity and Photo Sensors. 2D & 3D design. AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical. Skills considered a plus GE/Emerson (PLC’s, iFix, Cimplicity, HMI) Aveva (Wonderware, Indusoft/Aveva/Edge) PanelView Plus, etc. SCADA and HMI packages (Intellution, and Wonderware). Siemens S7 PLC Systems.
This position requires a B.S. Engineering Degree, Master’s Degree is a plus. US Citizenship, Green Card is required.
A generous salary and benefits package will be provided. Hybrid work. Minimal travel 20%.
