Manufacturing Engineer | Permanent | York / Lancaster Pennsylvania | $65,000 to $85,000
A leading manufacturer in the York / Lancaster Pennsylvania Area is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with LEAN/Six Sigma background, and experience optimizing and debottlenecking processes, and developing solutions with production, engineering and maintenance personnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead LEAN/Six Sigma-driven process improvements for efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Identify mechanical, logistical, and procedural bottlenecks and optimize production.
- Collaborate across operations, maintenance, materials, and engineering to streamline processes and ensure best in class performance.
- Implement process controls, benchmark KPI, and perform root cause analysis.
- Evaluate new technology and offer production support.
Qualifications:
- Permanent Residency is Required. No sponsorship is available.
- Bachelor's in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- 2 or more years in manufacturing with LEAN/Six Sigma expertise.
- Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing tech.
- Knowledge of industry regulations.
