Electrical Construction Project Manager
National Instrumentation & Controls Construction firm seeks Project Manager with experience leading & managing electrical construction and/or instrumentation control systems engineering projects.
Qualifications & Duties:
- Industrial controls and instrumentation experience is a plus
- Identify project requirements
- Negotiate with vendors to stay within budget
- Development of project proposals
- Direct project personnel
- Coordinate with internal and external project resources (GC, engineering outfits, subs)
- Manpower needs
- Change orders
- Project tracking and documentation
- Client interaction skills
- Job hazard analysis
- Project reports
- Instrumentation & Controls Engineering experience; Construction project coordination or management.
- Purchasing of parts, equipment, supplies, instrumentation, etc.
- Water/wastewater, Oil & Gas, Data Centers, Mission Critical, Industrial HVAC, Semiconductor, Electrical Contracting, Semiconductor, Construction, Industrial Automation and Controls Engineering, Building Automation Systems/Building Management Systems and similar
- Excellent client interaction skills
