Maintenance Tech

Role:
As maintenance tech, the candidate must have knowledge of building structures such as carpentry roofing and appliances. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to repairing properties while following company procedures and policies, reporting and working directly with the maintenance supervisor, aid with the installation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical system and appliances, and perform assorted repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience as maintenance tech
Tax Credit and affordable low income housing experience preferred.
Driver's license required
Working Situation:
This will be an onsite position.
