Permanent Industrial Controls Engineer position on the Gulf Coast in Alabama | $90,000 to $115,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & implement industrial automation projects for manufacturing equipment and lines.
- Develop the controls narrative and Program PLCs and HMI from the ground up, as well as edit existing programs to optimize performance.
- Configure and program industrial drives (VFDs, VSDs) and motor controls.
- Background with SCADA systems
- Troubleshoot and integrate across production lines.
- Lead and support various electrical projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming, HMI development, and network configuration from at least 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience with industrial drives.
- Knowledge of process instrumentation, PID tuning, and communication protocols.
- Strong project management skills
