Job Details:
Commercial Mechanical Contractor looking for an Accounting Supervisor to assist their Senior Accountant.
This role will be supporting the Senior Accountant with preparing sales tax, WIP reports, bank reconciliations, and assisting with various financial reporting while overseeing our AR team and collections. We’re really hoping to find someone with experience in a fast paced setting, such as the service industry, medical, etc. Work week is realistically a 40-50 hour week as my client is in a big growth phase currently with upcoming software changes, so we’re looking for someone adaptable and eager to set up when needed.
Bonus points for experience with T&M billing or mechanical/construction service industry.
