Job Details:
Service Coordinator
● Check dispatch emails and answer phone calls (determine urgency and respond according)
● Keep clients updated on ETAs via customer portal and phone calls.
● Create and update client profiles in Service Titan system.
● Responsible for Dispatching technicians as efficient as possible.
● Scheduling available qualified technicians for calls based on skill level and area.
● Ensure proper completion of notes/findings/reports.
● Assist department with parts and materials for upcoming jobs.
● Work with the team and vendors on pricing equipment and parts for service orders.
● Assign purchase orders to technicians to and vendors.
● Review closing work orders and send invoice to clients.
● Builds and maintains equipment database in the company database.
● Creates maintenance proposals and schedules.
● Maintains a professional approach with dealing with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and employees. Shows honest and ethical behavior in business relationships and transactions.
● Strong computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows, Google Suite
