COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
A national commercial real estate organization is seeking a senior property manager to join their team. This position is will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing the maintenance, construction, and overall management.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting for the property
• Assist the accounting team with maintaining accurate records
• Conduct property visits
• Negotiate and maintain contracts for maintenance
Qualified candidates must have 3 plus years of commercial real estate experience as a property manager. A BS Degree and/or Real Estate license is preferred.
