Job Details:
Mechanical Estimator - HVAC / Plumbing / Piping - MEP
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in estimating HVAC / Plumbing construction projects
- Reviews raw data to determine material and labor requirements.
- Interacts with clients, vendors, and other necessary personnel in order to handle cost issues and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Knowledge of estimation processes, technology, and industry trends
- Knowledge of one or more popular estimation software is required
