My client is a highly regarded Mechanical Contractor who needs Boiler Technicians for Harrisburg metro area and in Maryland. Commercial Boiler Technician experience is what my client seeks:
Boiler Technician experience, technical skills & attributes required:
- 5+ years commercial boiler field experience preferred or combination of 2 years education & training.
- Familiarity with multiple boiler manufacturers including Clever-Brooks, Lochinvar, Hurst, Burnham, Triad, Fulton, Patterson-Kelley, Aerco, etc.
- Proficiency in various boiler/burner controls including Honeywell, Fireye, Siemens Linkageless, Powerflame.
- Understanding of building automation system interaction with boiler operation and control of associated equipment
- Comprehension of commercial/industrial HVAC building systems such as central plants, chillers, boilers, pumps, distributed cooling/heating, etc.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- High School Diploma required
- Regular same day travel is required; including occasional overnight travel
