Job Details:
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Renowned architecture & design studio with a large national presence is seeking a Project Architect for their Washington DC office.
Responsibilities:
Designs project effectively and works with team members to resolve problems quickly
Development and coordination of project documents through all phases of a project, from design through construction documents
Lead and provide guidance to architectural staff throughout projects
Coordinates design activity between the client, departments, and consultants.
Monitors project progress for all disciplines as to development of design of the project
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor of Architecture
Registered Architect or the ability to become licensed
5-10+ years' of experience working on wide range of projects.
Adept at design modeling, and drafting with Revit
Proficient knowledge and understanding of building codes, design, and construction
Previous experience working on a wide range of projects is ideal
