Job Details:
My client is a highly regarded Union Electrical Contractor who is looking for a Senior Design/Build Project Manager to execute Design/Build Projects. Want someone with NYC area experience for skyline changing projects in and around NYC. Looking for s Senior level candidate with:
- 15 years design-build project execution experience
- Engineering Degree or 20 years construction management experience required.
- Has led multiple engineering subcontractors to obtain IFC completion.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Practical knowledge of electrical and civil installation techniques
- Civil and Electrical Estimating
- Knowledge of NYC Street infrastructure and installation.
- EHV Cable Knowledge a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, knowledge of Procore or Access software a plus
