Job Details:
CAD Technician
Well respected consulting engineering firm wants to add an experienced CAD Technician:
- Draw boundary surveys, easement sketches, and other types of surveys.
- Interpret and draw utility as built.
- Perform detailed research at the town, county, and state levels.
- Read, plot, and locate land descriptions pertaining to easements and parcels of land.
- Review Title documents and Table A (ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys) items and apply them to the survey.
- Communicate with Director of Surveying to verify job completion is up to company standards
Requirements:
- Land surveying knowledge.
- 5 years experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
